Brad Brooks is thrilled to begin his second season as a member of the Persimmon Creek coaching staff. He has recently graduated from the Charter School of Wilmington, where he was a 4 year all state selection as well as a 2 year captain for the swim team. He also ran track and cross country. Brad will be attending McDaniel College in the fall, where he will compete as a Division 3 swimmer and track and field athlete and pursue a degree in Education, and either History or Exercise Science. He reminds kids that "win, lose, or draw, just be yourself out there." He wishes each and every swimmer success and happiness in the pool, and is ready to do whatever it takes to make it the best swim season yet at Persimmon Creek.

Nicole Farina began swimming for Persimmon Creek when she was 6 years old, and is a returning member of the Piranhas coaching staff. She is finishing up her sophomore year at Ursuline Academy, where she was a part of the swim team’s 3rd place finish in the state championship. This year, Nicole was selected as a part of the All-State team. Along with swimming for Ursuline and Persimmon Creek, Nicole also swims for the Cecil County YMCA in the winter and summer seasons for the past 6 years. Nicole is a District and Regional qualifier in multiple freestyle, butterfly, and backstroke events. As a coach, Nicole is looking forward to giving back to the Persimmon Creek swim program and continuing the tradition of encouraging young swimmers by sharing her enthusiasm and knowledge of swimming. She’s really excited for another great Piranha season.

Gabby Pagan is finishing her senior at Charter School of Wilmington and has
been swimming since the age of four. She is on the varsity swim team at
Charter and swims year round for Delaware Swim Team. This is her second year
as an assistant coach, but her tenth year swimming for PCST. She loves
working with the younger kids, and the thing she enjoys the most about
Persimmon Creek is the fun atmosphere.
